It all begins with an idea. The idea of this project raised from the initiative of experienced youth workers from Italy, Greece and Bulgaria that by observing current reality and needs of the organization they lead, decided to create this project, first to meet these needs and then spread the outputs to other organizations.
We aim to work on improving the quality in project management standards for the third sector across Europe developing an evaluation and support system for organizations, especially smaller ones.

We designed this project to improve non-formal education of youth. It was a long way through in-depth research, review by peers and experts, testing, and creating a digital tool. This tool will help measure the impact of anyone’s work and make education more digital and innovative
This way we aim to support NGOs and informal groups operating in the third sector, improving their awareness and knowledge on project management, and developing an approach to evaluate and increase the impact of their strategies and actions, with the focus on the education and digital education
