Our idea is to first develop and then encourage the use of a standard model for impact estimation and strategic management that will allow NGOs to adopt a strategic approach and being able to quantify the impact of their activities in a long term perspective but also on a single scale action.

The accommodation for 1 night during the event are covered by organisers. Travel costs are covered by participants. Catering (Lunch + coffee break + dinner on 14th - breakfast + coffee break + lunch 15th) is 50 EUR per person
